The warranty does not apply if:

There are traces of installation, operation, any mechanical, thermal, or other damage;
Protective films, coatings, stickers, gaskets, adhesive films are missing, damaged, or reinstalled;
The warranty period for the part has expired.

Electrical Elements That Can Be Installed Without Soldering

The warranty period is 1 month from the date of receipt of the order and is provided for all electromechanical elements that are connected using electromechanical contacts. Such elements include touch screens, displays, cables, keyboard boards, rechargeable batteries, cameras, etc.

The warranty does not apply if:

There are traces of installation, operation, any mechanical, thermal, or other damage;
Protective films, stamps, packaging, stickers, markings, gaskets, adhesive films are missing or damaged; protective seals are damaged;
There are traces of soldering;
Physical changes have been made to the components and construction of the part;
The warranty period for the part has expired.

In the case, where the defect manifested only after the device was assembled, and for this, you had to remove the internal protective films, replacement of the part is possible. After you have removed the parts from the device, you need to reinstall all protective films and inform the manager about the defect as soon as possible. Each such case is considered individually.

Electrical Elements That Require Soldering

The warranty period is 1 month from the date of receipt of the order and is provided for displays, touch screens, cables, etc., whose functionality cannot be verified without soldering.

The warranty does not apply if:

There are traces of installation, operation, any mechanical, thermal, or other damage;
Protective films, stamps, packaging, stickers, markings, gaskets, adhesive films are missing or damaged; protective seals are damaged;
Physical changes have been made to the components and construction of the part;
The warranty period for the part has expired.

Microchips, Vibrators, Speakers, Bells, Antennas, Connectors, Microphones, Buttons, Joysticks, Protective Films, Protective Glass, etc.

UKRMobil does not provide a warranty for such elements.

Tools and Equipment

The warranty period is usually 6 months from the date of shipment to the client. To avoid misunderstandings, please clarify the warranty terms with the manager if there is no information on the website.

The warranty applies only to the hardware components of the product. Hardware components do not include such elements as power cables, rechargeable batteries, tips for soldering stations and hairdryers, heating elements, consumables, software, etc.

Rules for Returning Goods Damaged During Transportation

The warranty does not apply to goods damaged during delivery, as this is the responsibility of the transport company. Therefore, please carefully check the shipment upon receipt at the office of the transport company or in the presence of the courier upon delivery to the address. Compare the contents of the package with the invoice.

Our company is not responsible for defects in the configuration discovered after receiving the package. If your package was lost by the transport company, you must file a claim directly.

However, please note that the company that carried out the delivery compensates for the cost of lost goods only within the insurance amount specified in the invoice. The cost of shipping the damaged goods (s) both ways (from customers) is not covered by the warranty.
